• After verification, we will offer:

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for approved cases (damaged or incorrect items).
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products not reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Course fees or training program payments

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
• No cancellation or refund for confirmed course enrollments.

6. Important Note

• As our products are made with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur. This does not qualify for return or refund.
