KPNm NATURALS is currently shipping to all serviceable areas in India.
We do understand the importance of receiving your purchased products in the best condition, and on time. We continuously strive hard to make sure the product reaches you at the earliest possible time.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of placing the order.
delivery time is usually 3-5 days from the time of dispatch. however, if there are any delays during transportation due to unforeseen circumstances we will inform you the same with updated delivery dates.
orders are dispatched via Professional courier service who has connectivity to the specified Pincode though we strive to keep our stocks updated , some unforeseen delay in receiving our supplies might cause a small delay in shipping your order. in such a case we will keep you informed via mail or call.

Cancellations
Orders once shipped can not be cancelled. if any case the parcel is lost a full refund will be provided.
refunds will be provided to any damage / leakage during transit, provided a video of the unboxing should be sent to us to our email id – kpnnaturals@gmail.com
Returns
Returns are only accepted for wrong item/ defectives item delivered.
Refunds
Orders eligible for returns/ refunds will be processed within 3 days. a direct transfer will be done to your bank account.
