1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a seller on PranithaShop.com, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Seller Eligibility
- Seller must be at least 18 years old or a legally registered business entity
- Must provide valid identity, address, and bank details
- Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Seller Account
- Sellers are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility
- PranithaShop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion
4. Product Listings
- All products must be authentic, legal, and safe for use
- Accurate descriptions, pricing, and images must be provided
- Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited
- PranithaShop reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice
5. Pricing & Commission
- Sellers can set their own product prices
- A commission will be charged per order as per category or global commission settings
- Commission will be automatically deducted from payouts
6. Orders & Fulfillment
- Sellers must accept and process orders promptly
- Proper packaging is mandatory to prevent damage
- Failure to fulfill orders on time may result in penalties or account action
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Sellers must ensure timely dispatch of products
- Delivery timelines must be adhered to as agreed
- Any delays must be communicated promptly
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Sellers must accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Refunds will be processed as per platform policy
- Refund or cancellation charges may be adjusted against seller earnings
9. Payments & Settlement
- Payments will be released after deducting commission and applicable charges
- Settlement cycle: T+7 / T+15 days
- PranithaShop is not responsible for delays due to incorrect bank details
10. Seller Obligations
Sellers agree to:
- Maintain product quality standards
- Provide genuine and safe products
- Comply with all legal and tax requirements
- Avoid misleading advertisements
11. Prohibited Activities
Sellers must not:
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Sell banned or illegal products
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Bypass the platform by contacting customers directly
12. Intellectual Property
All content on PranithaShop (logo, design, content) is owned by PranithaShop. Sellers must not use it without permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
PranithaShop shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Seller’s business losses
- Issues arising due to seller negligence
14. Indemnification
Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PranithaShop against any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from their products or actions.
15. Termination
PranithaShop may suspend or terminate seller accounts:
- For policy violations
- For fraudulent activities
- At its sole discretion
16. Amendments
PranithaShop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
17. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
