By registering and using the platform, all sellers agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
2. Seller Registration
- Sellers must provide accurate details (Name, Address, Mobile Number, Bank Details)
- GST / PAN details must be provided where applicable
- Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination
3. Product Listing
- All products must be genuine, legal, and comply with applicable laws
- Misleading information or false claims are strictly prohibited
- Product images and descriptions must be clear and accurate
- Sale of prohibited or restricted items is not allowed
4. Pricing & Commission
- Sellers are free to set their own product prices
- PranithaShop will charge a commission on each order
- Commission may be based on category or global settings
- Applicable commission will be automatically calculated and deducted
5. Order Processing & Delivery
- Sellers must process and fulfill orders on time
- Products must be packed securely to avoid damage
- Delays in order processing or delivery may lead to penalties
6. Returns & Refunds
- Sellers must accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- Refunds will be processed as per PranithaShop policies
- Refund amounts may be deducted from the seller’s account
7. Payments
- Seller payouts will be made after deducting applicable commissions
- Settlement cycle: T+7 / T+15 days (as applicable)
- Sellers must ensure correct bank details for smooth transactions
8. Quality Control
- Sellers must maintain consistent product quality
- Repeated complaints or poor quality may result in account suspension or removal
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fake or fraudulent orders
- Misrepresentation of products
- Intellectual property violations
- Directly contacting customers to bypass the platform
10. Account Suspension
PranithaShop reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts in case of:
- Violation of policies
- Excessive customer complaints
- Fraudulent or unethical activities
11. Policy Updates
PranithaShop reserves the right to update, modify, or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the platform.
